The private driveway will easily accomodate your vehicle as well as a boat trailer should you decide to bring your own boat. Sunny Spot is 7 miles from Folly Beach and about 7 miles from downtown Charleston. It is also very close to John's Island where some excellent restaurants and breweries can be found.

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. You will find our house fully-stocked-we have stayed in many Airbnbs, and want to make sure you have what's needed, without being burdened with our belongings.
