Follow a long gravel driveway before you can view this comfortable house in the country. This house is 12 easy miles from the Town of Farmville and all it has to offer. Longwood University and Hampden-Sydney College is near by. Visit High Bridge State Park for hiking and Greenfront is a shopping destination. Lots of dining options will appeal to every taste and plenty of other activities to enjoy in this area. There is no phone-internet or satellite at The Hide-A-Way, Cell phones do work.

A peaceful, quiet, and cozy home on 36 acres of beautiful land that rests just 5 minutes from Hampden-Sydney College and 10 minutes from Longwood University. We want your stay to be comfortable and relaxing, which is why each bed is comfortable and topped with luxurious linens. The house is equipped with 3 big screen tv's. You can also watch the deer from the enclosed front porch or open back deck. Enjoying sitting around the firepit or walking along one of the many paths on the property.

Cliffs Edge -A Contemporary Mountain Home

An open floor plan with high ceilings and large skylights, this amazingly engineered home will stun you with its incredible mountain views! Hidden Haven is just that! A 600 square foot romantic, private, peaceful, little haven. Hidden in the woods just 6 miles outside of the Town of Orange. Open the garage door in the living area and step out on the 300 square foot screened in porch where you can relax at the firepit under the covered roof. On the porch at Hidden Haven, we like to say, "time wasted is time well spent". The romantic vibe and modern amenities make it a prefect place for a couple's getaway.

Nestled downtown in Lynchburg’s historic Daniels Hill, Uprising (c.1875) rises up from the James River and the foothills of the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains. The space was thoughtfully & carefully restored in 2022 as a testament to the possibility & power of renewal – a power that exists in each of us. A stone’s throw from the Lynchburg Museum System’s historic Point of Honor, Uprising welcomes guests to experience a truly unique, Victorian era Lynchburg home.

Otterview Mountain House

Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, a huge deck, and a pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top-of-the-line kitchen, cozy living room, and an extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the fire pit, and relax on the dock. There are two miles of trails on the 37-acre property with their own trail signs and map.

We are thrilled to host guests at the newly renovated Water's Edge Cottage -- a serene oasis offering what may be the best views on the Potomac. The rural charm of St. Mary’s County is among Maryland’s best kept secrets -- 90 minutes but a world away from Washington DC (with no Bay Bridge traffic!). We are near historic Leonardtown, boasting one of Maryland’s few remaining town squares (we affectionately call it “Mayberry”).
