The space is a cozy, very roomy & quiet. The Suite is decorated with Coastal decor from New England and Sanibel Island. It includes a private bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed. The living room has an entertainment center with a TV, Dvd, WiFi, couch, electric recliner, Mini fridge, microwave & Kuerig coffee maker. The area is located in the lower half of the house and has a private entrance with a lock & key. The suite is private from the living area of the homeowner.

This is a bright walk out apartment in our home with a private entrance. We will be here but we give you all the privacy that you want. I have recently lost 3 goats. Now we’ve sent our last two goats to a sanctuary. I checked it out very carefully and it’s a wonderful place. This is a rural town 7 miles from Westerly, Rhode Island, and about 12 miles from Mystic. This is a second floor apt. There are 2 bedrooms with a private entrance/exit for each. The rooms are not huge but the apt. is cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is spacious with coffee maker, frig, stove, microwave, air fryer. Bathroom is unique, it has a shower and separate bath tub. Also, this apt is for 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults. Wifi included. Parking, garden, pets allowed. Extra fee for pets.

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
