With miles of marsh on one side, & the Back River flowing to the ocean on the other, enjoy sunrises & sunsets. Use the salty beach bikes, kayaks, canoe, jump off the dock, build a (responsible) fire in the pit, or relax on the patio. This cozy downstairs suite has its own entrance in a private home. We are less than 1 mile off of I-95 in the Low Country of South Carolina. Our 62 acre farm is nestled in the “middle of nowhere, but close to every where”. We are located close Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah! Our Tiny House, which used to be our feed shed, offers beautiful scenery from the Red barn, Moss draped Live Oak trees, Pecan Grove, horses, goats, free range donkeys and more. We have a brand new Bathhouse with a full bath. Washer & Dryer too!
