This secluded mid century cottage is just minutes to downtown and other amenities. Located in Clifton Heights, this three bedroom, bath and a half home is inviting and cozy. Located 6 miles from two large malls, 1 mile from the new walking bridge over the Ohio River, and one and a half miles to unique shopping, nightlife and restaurants. Also, the home is only a short distance to I 71 and I 64. This makes everything convenient and accessible from this private location. The home has vintage charm with renovations for convenience. Each Bedroom has a flatscreen TV as well as a 56 inch flatscreen in the living room. There is a private front yard with gardens, seating, and a grill. There are 6-7 spaces for off street parking. Stella can sleep 6 comfortably with 2 king beds and 2 bunk beds. There's a private toilet/shower with 2 add'l nearby. You'll have a kitchen & covered patio with grill & firepit. FYI : 1) I DON’T accept Louisville guests to stop large local party’s 2) 4 beds to sleep ONLY 6 people. I have a play pen/crib with sheets and mattress pad Extra guests over 4 pay $5 per guest per day. I have more laundry to do and extra supplies to replace like coffee, hot chocolate - Keurig pods, and other amenities I have for my guests. 3) I have surveillance cameras outside monitoring 24/7, Additional fees will be added for unauthorized guests not in booking.

My Old Kentucky Dome

An elevated camping “glamping” experience. This brand-new one of a kind geodesic dome is located on a private road that leads you to an overlook featuring one of the most beautiful countryside views in Kentucky. While this getaway experience is nestled deep in the woods, it is also a close drive to all the conveniences you can imagine. This is an off the grid outdoor experience with a ½ mile gravel road including a steep hill. AWD or 4WD advised.

Only a 1 min drive to the revitalized heart of New Albany and short 7 minute drive to downtown Louisville. This stylish 2 br 1 1/2 ba loft like flat was a grocery in the early 1900s. It was renovated to bring back the exposed brick wall, beams and knotty wood floors. The-remodeled bathroom has a new soaking tub and stand in shower. The middle BR also has a futon that pulls out to sleep 2 more. There is also an outdoor firepit on a paved area.

Carriage home is located on beautiful Arnoldtown Rd. 15 min. from Churchill Downs and 20 min. from downtown Lou. We are 15 minutes from Freedom Hall or the Fairgrounds and 22 miles from Fort Knox. It sits in a natural setting on 5 beautifully landscaped acres. There is a large parking area for those who may need to bring a trailer. Bathroom and bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Peaceful..in a rural setting but inside the city.
