The property is located on Audubon Park at Prytania St and is the most tranquil place to stay in the city. Please let us know if you have any questions! Prytania St is halfway between St Charles (streetcar) and Magazine St (bus). Plenty of off street parking nearby Please know I have 2 young children who are sometimes in the backyard! we are always respectful and I haven’t had complaints, I just want people to be aware that You may see a little person when coming and going.

2109 Chartres is 2 houses off of Frenchman St. which has music, bars and restaurants. Frenchman St. is considered the 'locals' Bourbon St.' and is also the route for Krewe de Vieux which is the first parade of Mardi Gras. Wonderful space. Clean, bright, cozy. Sit in Sun room or out on back deck with coffee or a glass of wine. Enjoy the beautiful Lakeview Neighborhood. Close to just about everything. City Park and the Lakefront are in biking walking/biking distance. Owners are available as needed. NO PARTIES . NO EVENTS . No smoking!! Sorry I do not rent to locals. (Got "burned" by someone trashing the house and throwing a party)
