Endless shops, restaurants and water sports! The apartment itself has an old Florida feel to it with a large shared back yard that overlooks the "mini marina" filled with fishing boats and wild life. Don't be surprised to see dolphin come by right off the docks! 5-7 minwalk to watch the intense beach sunset!

Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.

John's Pass is now open as are most area restaurants and stores, welcoming you to back to this vibrant beach community.

Steps Away 1st Floor-Bikes/Beach Access/ WI-FI

This ground floor apartment is located in a nine-unit condo complex. It's a few minutes walk to the lighted public crosswalk that crosses Gulf Blvd to the Madeira Beach Public Beach Access. The 385 sq. foot unit is perfect for two people. We are a mile from John's Pass Village. Limited beach equipment, bikes, beach towels, Wi-Fi, and Smart TV's included. Wireless WI-FI. Security latch on door. Four people can stay but it would be tight.
