No running water inside, 5gallon jug provided. (No AC/full power without generator. Bring your own or rent one for a small fee)

This is a separate studio apartment/guest house on the owner's property. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. Lovely bathroom with walk-in shower. Queen bed, queen sofa sleeper and pack ‘n play, and high chair, if required. Large common space with sofa bed, small table and chairs, electric fireplace, closet and lots of drawers, and flatscreen smart TV. We have direct TV, Netflix, and WiFi. Large deck with seating and a gas grill for you to enjoy outdoor BBQ.

The Cabin is at 2,500' elevation, ceiling fans to keep you cool. For winter, central heat or fireplace keeps you warm. Full kitchen. Our place is very quiet. It is close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, New River, the Wilkesboros, West Jefferson, Boone (30 min.), Virginia Creeper Trail (1 hr.), W. Kerr Scott Lake. We think you will enjoy the coziness and mountain views. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers. We do not allow children, pets, smoking or outdoor fires.
