"From May 1st to September 30th, we require a 3 to 6-night stay when booking any weekend night if more than 3 months out and a 2 to 3-night weekend stay if booked less than 2 months away from the dates you want to book. 1-night stays are approved on case-by-case basis and typically accepted during the week in peak season and 99 percent of the time in off season times.
