BIO is a part of a complex called “KITA-no-Kita-Nagaya” has realized a new method for reusing old wooden houses. While keeping the old element possible, it has been carefully renovated with seismic reinforcement, heat insulation, and soundproofing. Please use our kitchen for simple cooking. The nearest stations are Oji Station on the JR Line and Goido Station on the Kintetsu Line. I'll come pick you up until 5pm. A newly renovated machiya town house with typical layout and a small garden, retaining the tradition of Naramachi - the old merchant town of Nara. Easy access via bus and train, supermarket, restaurants, convenience store, bakery, and a Japanese bath house just minutes away. This house belonged to a famous wood carver of "ittobori" - a traditional Nara technique of carving the wood. A projector and a record player will make your stay even more pleasant. Enjoy!

You can rent an old house that is over 100 years old. A 3-minute walk from JR Nara Station and a 10-minute walk from Kintetsu Nara Station. There are many convenience stores and restaurants in the surrounding area. The building is old but has been renovated in a modern style. There is also floor heating on the first floor, and all rooms are air-conditioned. Comfortable even in winter. There is a parking space for one car on the adjacent lot.

Our room is located in Yao Osaka prefecture. It's a quite and safe place where there are lots of families in the neighborhood. It's between Kintetsu-Yao and Kawachi-Yamamoto station. It takes about 15minutes on foot from both of the stations. There are lots of restaurants and shopping malls near the station. Our room is modern Japanese style, and Host lives next door. Please don't hesitate to ask us anytime.
