Ihr werdet die schöne Souterrain Wohnung mit großer Terrasse und Meerblick lieben. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 2019 neu gebauten und ruhig gelegenen „kvanerska-vila“. Sie verfügt über eine gute Autobahn- und Busanbindung (z.B. um Opatija, die Plitvica Seen oder das Stadtzentrum zu erreichen). Zum Strand benötigt man mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten. Gut geeignet für reiselustige Pärchen, Geschäftsleute und Alleinreisende. Kommunikation fließend in englisch, kroatisch und deutsch.

Our apartment was recently completely renovated. Clean, bright, close to all amenities. Just a 150 m walking distance to the sea, beach, shops, restaurants, coffee-shops, tennis courts, children playground, bus terminal. Free, fast WiFi and Smart TV with more than 100 channels. Well located to ensure silent nights despite of being so close to the city centre. On the ground floor there is a nice patio. Several parking places and garages are very close to the apartment.

Apartment Raspolic no.2 is apartment (47m2) in big house on first floor. House is located in quiet neighborhood. Apartment consists of spacious kitchen and living room, bedroom, bathroom and big terrace. Kitchen is fully equipped, the big living room consist of sofa bed, one single bed, satellite TV and air conditioning. The bedroom contains a bed (180 × 200), wardrobe, work desk and also have air conditioning. Free WiFi is avialable in whole apartment.
