The fenced yard has a pool, hot tub, hammock, outdoor shower, barbecue, and a wood fire pit. There is ample seating in both sun and shade surrounded by palm trees. Our air-conditioned home is in a gated community 90 minutes from the Las Vegas Airport and ten minutes across the river from Laughlin, Nevada.

At the end of our bumpy dirt road in the quirky rural neighborhood of SoHi the sound heard most often is birdsong. The sun hits our front porch in the morning, the best place to sip your coffee and enjoy the Cerbat Mountains at your feet. Our two acres offer a sampling of native plants and wildlife, and occasionally open range cattle wander by. The sunsets are amazing and on rare cloudy days we enjoy the lights in the valley. Dark skies are a big deal here, so make time for stargazing.
