Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

There is extra space in the basement for playing including gym equipment. Kids can use sledges and feel the snowy winter in the yard. You have everything you need like towels, bedding, sledges..

Unique arctic park (with museum Arktikum) along the river is only 200 meters away. Our family lives on the other side of the garden so you can enjoy genuine Finnish lifestyle here. The villa is located on a private peninsula. From the windows you can see an unique panoramic view of the lake. The distance to the beach is only 25 meters. You are in complete peace in the middle of nature. It takes only 55 minutes to Rovaniemi City by car on a quiet road (Santa's village) and to Ranua 40 minutes (Ranua Zoo).

Goahti (a traditional dwelling in Northern Sámi) is a 4th floor one-bedroom apartment right at the heart of the touristic centre, beside the river, restaurants, clubs, shops, hotels and safari offices. There is 1 double bed, a sofa bed, one extra bed + travel crib. A lovely Juliet Balcony with river and hill views. The bus for Santa's village & airport passes by the front door and there is a fast 100 Mbit/s wireless network.
