Classic Bright Modern Spacious 1bd/1ba Apartment

Quiet & spacious 960 sq ft modern, bright one-bedroom apartment with wireless high-speed internet. This private & newly renovated open floor plan & chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances is ideal for long stays. The apartment features a sunny deck off the kitchen and backyard for dining or relaxing. Centrally located in a tree-lined walkable neighborhood. UC Berkeley and BART in short distance. Drink your morning coffee on a sun-drenched deck and at night cozy up by the indoor fireplace.

La Casita

La Casita is situated in our back yard. It is on the 1st level of 4 (4th at street), so be prepared to use stairs. Although once arrived it is very peaceful and quiet. Downtown Berkeley is ~10-15 minute drive. El Cerrito Plaza Bart Station is a 6 minute drive. Solano Avenue (shops and restaurants) is a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk). Farmers Market every Sunday (10-2) is a 7 minute walk. We look forward to having you stay at our property and happy to answer any questions you may have.

Berkeley Hills Maybeck Cottage

Built in 1925, Maybecks' “Cubby” is your private, rustic, 750 sq ft, carriage house located less than a mile from Cal. Homey and basic - the deck is great for lunch, dinner, or just hanging out. It's an easy walk down to the gourmet ghetto, Thursday Markets, buses and BART. Carport provided, a car is recommended (hey it's located in the hills.) Not baby proofed, minimal fencing - sorry, no pets, babies or toddlers. Smoke free, no butts about it. Sorry, no loud music, or large gatherings.

Peaceful location that's close to everything but also in nature with hiking trails across the street and Tilden Regional Park within 10 minutes. Great for visiting professionals or a relaxing getaway from the city.

This lovely, newly built studio with private entrance has lots of natural light and is ideal for travelers, visitors and students. Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, it's only a short 2-minute walk from El Cerrito Del Norte BART station, 3 stops from UC Berkeley and a direct 40min train ride to San Francisco. Five minute walk to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Amenities include your own kitchen, Wi Fi, private bathroom and free parking.

This cute and cozy recently remodeled Studio Cottage is behind our home in a safe and walkable neighborhood, two blocks from public transportation (BART/bus). It is fully furnished including a comfortable double bed, full kitchen, walk-in shower and wifi. There is free street parking right out front.
