Located in the High Weald area of Kent which is an AONB, The Cabin at Valley View Farm is set in its own space amongst 16 acres of wood and grazing. It used to be an old hop pickers mobile home but has been lovingly restored to a modern, well presented “mini” haven. A fully self-contained cabin with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, UK king size bed in bedroom and a shower room and toilet. Ideal for a couple or two singles as a Z-bed can be provided. Unique & beautiful luxury wood cabin with outstanding views over the Alkham Valley. Self catering studio accommodation for 2 adults incl. bathroom and king size bed. Its own private 85m2 deck, covered hot tub with TV, in and outdoor speakers, gas bbq & large private gym. The Cabin is nestled away at the top of a hill in our rear garden backing onto woodland. There is a choice of colour scheme; pink or blue. Standard colour is pink but please message us in advance if you would prefer blue.

Bell Cottage a Beautiful Little Cottage

Bell Cottage is situated in the rural village of Ringwould in Kent which is one of the oldest villages in the country. Offering stunning walks and views over the countryside towards the coast. Located between our beautiful hometown of Deal, which was voted one of the UK's best seaside towns and Dover, home to the famous White Cliffs and Dover Castle. Both being a short drive away. Our cottage is set back approx 12 metres of the busy main A258. We are approx 2 miles from main Deal town.

Jubilee Cottage - A Georgian gem by the sea.

Built in the 1760s, Jubilee Cottage is a Grade II, four-storey cottage set in Deal's historic conservation area. The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. Jubilee Cottage is furnished to create a stylish, comfortable, and relaxed space for up to four people - and with a view of the sea from the main bedroom. A great base for exploring Deal and the Kent coast, or just to relax.

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

The Lodge is the perfect country getaway and romantic retreat. Please note this is strictly a NO SMOKING property inside the Lodge, the garden and surrounding field. The property is also NOT SUITABLE for infants, children or pets. Two adults only.

The Turret- the best view in Folkestone

The Turret is a completely unique, unusual, quirky, self-contained Grade II listed apartment, at the top of The Priory, in the oldest part of Folkestone accessed by a private period internal spiral staircase leading up into a lead lighted atrium which overlooks the historic church of St.Mary and St.Eanswythe; beautifully furnished open plan living/dining area with stunning 180 degree views over Folkestone and the English Channel.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.
