New Reno!!! Bring the whole family to this great place w/ lots of room! Unfortunately this is not a party house! Includes Private Boat Dock and Slip. Plenty of amenities featuring a hot tub with main lake views. There are also large deck areas with breathtaking main channel views. Although furnished with families in mind the house is also great for a couples trip or a group of friends wanting to get away. The house is located very close to a popular marina that offers boat and cart rentals.

You will not find a better view of Lake Cumberland! Newly renovated 2022!! Previously our family home, we cherish this property. We ask anyone renting to respect the neighbors and home as we have. The Lakeview Blue House is within walking distance of Lake Cumberland, several restaurants, gas stations and a liquor store. There is a seasonally open public boat ramp directly over the hill from the home and many others including Waitsboro, Burnside Marina and Burnside Island State Park/ ramp nearby.

The home is perfectly split with two bedrooms, 1 bath and family room upstairs and additional 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with extra family room downstairs. Screened in patio overlooking lake view with TV. Large, partially covered deck with steps that lead down to the dock. Large fire pit area for smores, extra outdoor sectional with fire pit table for lounging. Marinas are very close to rent The kitchen has room for everyone. Private backyard. Covered porch off bedrooms, with lakeview. Spacious bedrooms. 3 bedrooms on main level. The 4th is a step down from kitchen with a pull out sofa.
