Our home in Three Rivers is located in the perfect location right on the Kaweah River. The property has the best swimming hole in all of Three Rivers and it will be yours for your family to enjoy together. Enjoy the sandy beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas while your kids play swim, kayak or fish in the river. The space has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need to cook for you and your family. Head out onto the patio to grill and eat with couches, chairs and a dining table.

The property is over 10 acres and goes all the way down to the lake--but, please keep in mind it's pretty steep, so it's probably unsafe to directly get to the lake that way. That said, there's direct lake access less than 0.25 miles from the front door. Located conveniently on the main road (HWY 198), 2 minutes from town, just down the road from the White Horse(wedding grounds) and 5 minutes to the park entrance. Ideal for a couple, common area has a queen size bed. Small "bunk room" available for an additional $40 charge per night. Coffee Pods and creamer provided! Private patio overlooking the river with view of mountains.

Seasonal river access. Right across from Springville Ranch Wedding Venue! Drive to Sequoia National Forest Trail of 100 Giants offers an easy, accessible walk through the Long Meadow Grove, one of the premier groves of giant sequoias.
