Great walks and cycle rides from the door. A car is essential. Small self-contained annexe, attached to the main house, with own entrance from side of main house. Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene cottage. Nestled between the hustle and bustle of Oxford and the beauty and calm of The Cotswolds, the Cottage provides a newly refurbished home from home to stop, relax and explore the surrounding area: Blenheim Palace and Woodstock (7.5 miles), Soho Farmhouse (8 miles), Bicester Village (8.5 miles) and Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm (12 miles). The Cottage sleeps up to 2 with a king sized bed (and additional sofa bed in the downstairs living room).

All of this is within easy access to the many attractions & sights of Oxford as well as being close to a bus route with regular direct buses to Woostock & Blenheim Palace.

Cosy 3 bedroom Cotswold cottage

This quintessential Cotswold cottage is located in the heart of an idyllic village just outside of Bampton & 4 miles from Burford. Located 1.5 hours from London, the cottage is perfect for those seeking a charming Cotswolds getaway. Constructed c.1847, it retains many original features including wonderful beams and stone walls. More recently it has been extensively and sympathetically renovated to a high standard, decorated with a thoughtful mix of contemporary & chic antique furnishings.

Close to shops, frequent bus services into central Oxford, and a few minutes walk from river Thames / Isis and parks. Popular pubs, cafes and restaurants are on nearby Magdalen Road. Nestled within the confines of a Victorian Walled Garden, in the grounds of a historic 17th Century Farmhouse, the newly reconstructed Potting Shed offers a secluded studio space for two to explore the Cotswolds or relax at home. A combined living/sleeping area with doors onto a private terrace and a separate full kitchen and separate shower room (with loo) divided from the living area by sliding doors.

Oxford Business School is right round the corner and most of the Colleges just a 10-15 minutes walk. The house sleeps up to 9 in 4 bedrooms with between 4 and 6 beds plus a sofa bed. It has 2 private parking spaces.
