Spacious Park Block Gem!

Beautiful, spacious basement space in the owners triplex, 1/2 a block from Prospect Park with a beautiful backyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and living/dining room. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).

This stylish place to stay is perfect for escape from busy city. Two large skylights in kitchen filling this space with air. Large bedroom with queen size bed, and sofa that open to the bed in same room. Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee while staying. Historic District: Enchanting, quiet & peaceful

Beautifully designed and renovated in an environmentally conscious way, this is the lower floor of our owner occupied duplex which opens onto a spacious garden on an extremely quiet, safe street in Greenpoint Brooklyn’s landmark district. Guests have 100% privacy during their stay. Because the house sits at the top of a semi cup-de-sac it is as quiet as a secluded country lane.
