Family-friendly stay in a 2 bedroom apt on the 3rd floor of our family townhouse in the best neighborhood in NYC! There's room to bring kids! Located in the vibrant Carroll Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn, this apartment in a historic brownstone offers plenty of your own space including kitchen, bathroom, living room and 2 bedrooms in a prime location for easy access to all of NYC's best spots! Host will be present.

Bright and Open Private Suite

You will enjoy a private suite in our home with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, dresser, comfortable chair and Samsung 50” TV. A second bedroom has a full size bed. The suite also has a living and dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom with a skylight! The space is open and light filled looking out onto a beautiful tree filled backyard and garden. The front patio has a stunning cherry tree which is full of ripe cherries in late June!! At this time, no pets permitted.

Located in Canarsie, Brooklyn, this is an updated cozy and bright apartment that is walking distance to bars, restaurants, night-life, supermarkets, Canarsie Pier, and public transportation including an express bus to Manhattan (BM2 runs Mon -Sat), 30 minutes to Manhattan by L train, and 15 minutes to JFK airport by car. NYC requires property owners to be in the same dwelling. This is a two family house and the host resides on the property. Guest have full access to the apartment.

Our place is the perfect getaway for 2 guests. The beautiful beachy space is close to the famous Rockaway Boardwalk! You’ll feel both at home & at peace here. Dining, nightlife, shopping, event spots (Jade & BHYC) just down the block. NYC Ferry is minutes away, free shuttle dropoff down the block. Parties/unregistered guests will be asked to leave & reported to AirBnB. Host is present during guests stay. Please note, no animals (including service/emo support) are permitted.
