**Note: Access road from Junction to the Eagle Mt. Ski resort is closed for the winter. This Groovy Pad takes you back to the 1970s. Enjoy the tranquility of small town or the adventures of exploring Southern Utah’s color country and parks, or use it as a home base, a place to rest for the next adventure. Fish Otter creek, explore Bryce Canyon, Big Rock Candy Mountain, ATV trails or the Mystic Hot springs; or take long drives down Highway 12 into the Grand Staircase to Boulder, and Capitol Reef.

Delightful home with a vintage vibe located conveniently located on Main Street. Mimi's Place is the perfect place to stay during your visit to Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Brian Head Ski Resort, and the surrounding areas. Enjoy sightseeing, hiking, biking, ATV's, fishing and relaxing at nearby Panguitch Lake. For guests that need to stay connected for employment purposes we have 1 gig upload speed and 20 megabytes download speed so you can stay connected and complete your work tasks.

There are numerous places to rent ATV's and fishing boats- perfect for the plentiful lakes and streams.

Our Glamping Tents are located on our 10-acre boutique farm and nursery in a beautiful landscape with incredible views and Dark Night Skies. Our log home is 3 blocks from downtown Torrey. 4 miles to beautiful Capitol Reef and scenic highway 12. Seasonal nightlife includes local natural history, culture, and live music. The natural area brings wildlife into our backyard orchard. Great for bird watching! Home is rustic and eclectic, all wood interior with wood burning stove. Great place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Smoke and pet free, we use natural soaps and cleaners for your health. 1 block to town park.

I hope your time at our home, surrounded by the beauty of dramatic red rock and starry nights will inspire you to find a stillness, away from the busyness of our everyday lives. NO guns, ATVs, Drones or Parties.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful mountain cabin. This cozy destination is nestled in a wooded forest and is the perfect getaway to just relax or enjoy the nearby trails and reservoirs. Take in the sound of birds from the deck or watch the sunset next to the fireplace. If you need to work or catch up on your to do list we have unlimited Starlink internet. The cabin is located 1/2 mile down a dirt road and best accessible with AWD or 4x4 vehicle although not required in the summer.

Home Base Resort #1

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with king size bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, camping, fishing, within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but there is a fee of 20$ Please let us know if you bring a pet

La Casita on Main St

La Casita was originally built as a barber shop in Monroe many years ago. As you will see in the pictures the original light used by the barber over the bed. Located in close proximity to our local hot pots, ATV trails, hiking, fishing, and Utah’s National and State Parks. The home is a nice comfy place to lay your head at night and explore the world during the day. Small private backyard to view the stars at night and the quiet peaceful feel of rural Utah.
