Harbor Carriage - Camden Windward House

The Harbor Carriage is a deluxe, ground floor king room, furnished with a romantic period inspired, dramatic four-poster antique style king bed. With a private entrance, that is separate from the main Windward House Inn, this room is ideal for romantic getaways. There is a refrigerator and beautiful blue gas fireplace (as of 11/28/19 fireplace is out of order until further notice) that matches the vintage soaking tub in the en-suite. A unique feature of this room is the enormous en-suite bathroom, featuring it’s vintage high-back soaking claw-foot bathtub and separate walk-in shower. The Harbor Carriage gets its name from its own rich history. Within this section of the renovated post and beam barn, the original owners of this circa 1850s Greek revival home, kept their carriage. All guest rooms include a complimentary two course, fresh, made to order, breakfast.

The Maine Hideaway - Cutter Room

Located at the tip of the Blue Hill Peninsula, Brooklin, Maine offers a quiet retreat a bit over an hour from Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. A one-minute walk from The Maine Hideaway's doorstep brings you into the historic village of Brooklin, Maine and a close walk to Wooden Boat School. Our home was built in 1874, we have multiple guest rooms, all with incredibly comfortable mattresses and modern furnishings. We serve a continental breakfast Tue-Sat and hot breakfast on Sun & Mon.

Spectacular water views from every window in this 900 sq. ft. 2nd floor apartment built atop a stone seawall on Muscongus Bay. Spacious & affordable home-base in the heart of the Pemaquid Peninsula. You are renting the whole 3 bedroom 30’ x 30’ apartment at Broad Cove Marine. The space includes 3 water-view bedrooms, bath, a large living room with high speed internet, and a well-equipped eat-in kitchen. For a truly authentic Maine maritime experience, Lobsterman’s Lodge is the place to stay.

Guest room in a private home

My home is located in a small town on a dirt road and very private. The rt 1 coast/ocean is about 25 minutes away and offers lighthouses, lobster and Maine hospitality. This guest room has a full size bed that is stacked with pillows and an antique quilt, dresser and closet space. The bathroom boasts of a shower as well as a claw foot bathtub should you wish to lay back and relax. There is a television, and an air conditioner in the warmer months as well as a ceiling fan as an alternative.

Charming room with Penobscot Bay views in an historic sea captain's home! Enjoy fine colonial appointments in navy & cream fabrics, a comfy queen four-poster bed swaddled in luxurious cotton fine linens made by Cuddledown. Room includes a wingback chair, bench, two side dressers, and an ensuite bath with a classic claw-foot soaking tub, Turkish towels, and fine toiletries. The room is on the second floor of the 1790 section of the house. Ask about our scrumptious inn breakfast option!

North Haven Suite in the Oakland House Inn

Our innkeeping-family has been welcoming guests to the the Blue Hill Peninsula of Maine since July 4, 1889. We are perfectly situated directly on the saltwater of the Reach and the freshwater of Walker Pond. The Oakland House has two private ocean beaches. In the distance, you can see the Pumpkin Island Lighthouse and even the Camden Hills! Our guests also have access to the Blue Dot and Yellow Dot trails that lead up to a phenomenal view of the waterfront from Lookout Rock.

Beau Ciel @ Pres du Port B & B Stonington, Maine

Built in 1849, Pres du Port has been in our family for over 50 years. Perched above the harbor within Stonington village, each room is unique and the views are breathtaking. Walk to everything in town or relax in a rocking chair on the porch. Beau Ciel is our most spacious room with both harbor and sunset views, a king-sized bed and en suite bath. Be on the lookout for updated photos in April, we are completely renovating this room – it will be amazing!

Cottage Apartment: Victorian By Sea (2pr.bath)

Enjoy a tranquil getaway in this peaceful coastal apartment with private entrance. The updated apartment is attached to a historical (1881) inn. The property offers access to lush gardens surrounded by forest as well a short footpath to the top of the rocky shore. Enjoy your own private porch or gaze out to the ocean views from a shared veranda. A gourmet breakfast with organic/seasonal/local ingredients is available for an additional fee.

The bath is not ensuite but just a few steps down the hall. Good for the single traveler or couple.

Quarry View Suite

Located at the Craignair Inn by the Sea, this suite is on the northeast corner of the building making it ideal for sunrises over the sea. The bedroom has a king bed and ocean views. The sitting room of the suite offers a pull-out chair, so a child under the age of 10 can be accommodated comfortably. This room has a private en-suite bathroom with a stall shower. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and an ocean breeze.
