A queen in the tent, a queen pullout in the cabin and twin bunk beds! Outdoor kitchen and firepit, indoor cooking equipment as well. You won't find mobs of tourists here but you will experience a working lobstering village in Maine. Sit back, relax and enjoy the quiet and privacy of 2+ acres at the end of a dirt road with a huge dock located on a tidal cove. Great for family reunions with lots of space and activities for folks of all ages. We focus on making the house comfortable and don't want you to worry about the little things like feet on the couch, water rings on the table or a broken glass. Life happens :-)

Located on the shore of picturesque Hobbs Pond, the Cottage at Salisbury Camp is a 100 year old family-owned Maine camp, completely renovated with modern amenities. Wake up to stunning water views directly out your bedroom window, and see herons, eagles, and other wildlife from the lake views you’ll experience in the living and dining rooms. A short drive from the coastal village of Camden and two hours from Acadia National Park, Hope is the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway.

SILVER MOON, a Yurt for All Seasons

Silver Moon at The Appleton Retreat is quite private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt features a private therapeutic hot tub on the wrap around deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. Silver Moon is located in a wooded area close to a bog that attracts a variety of wildlife. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

Cottage at 8 Libby Lane

The cottage at 8 Libby Lane overlooks The Reach and to Hurricane Sound and offers stunning coastal views, peaceful surroundings, and great sunsets. A moss covered path leads about 300 ft down to the shore and dock access. The kitchen is small but nicely equipped. With two bedrooms, 1 with bunk beds and a full bath with W/D, it’s just right for a family, a trip on your own or a couple. Kayaks available for free and mooring available for a fee. Easy parking behind the cottage.

Waterfront getaway w/4 paddle board/kayak combos

Our cabin is situated on nearly 2 peaceful acres with direct waterfront on a tidal pond - a calm and quiet body of water fed by the ocean. You can hear the soothing sounds of the tidal waterfall when the tide is changing. Swim from the private dock and enjoy the warm water or just lounge on the Adirondack chairs or hammock. We have 4 paddle boards that convert to kayaks, a dingy that accommodates 2-4, a corn hole set and a fire pit for your use.
