5 acres of lawns, gardens, and meadows and a gentle rocky beach on Blue Hill's Salt Pond, a protected inlet of the Atlantic Ocean. The house faces south towards the water and overlooks a gorgeous blueberry field that turns a majestic shade of deep red in the fall. Penbay views out to the islands and set on the side of Mt Battie next to Camden Hills State Park, this fireplace/jacuzzi cottage is the perfect stay for a long weekend year round! You'll have a private entrance and easy access to town which is only half a mile away. Hike right from the cottage to the summit of Mt Battie or Mt Megunticook using the Sagamore Farm trail behind the property. Enjoy the distant Penobscot Bay views and watch the schooners sail by the Fox Island Thoroughfare.

Newly renovated home on historical Waterfront farm

28 acre property is a Forever Farm surrounded by rolling hills and Lake frontage . This farm is also referenced in the historical book “ Come Spring “ we purchased this beautiful property in 2019 and have spent the last year renovating it. Our favorite part of the home are the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the round Pond . This is very peaceful retreat. On a daily basis , you can pick your own fresh eggs from coop and feed our pigs . We are 15min to Camden ,Rockport , Rockland .

Nestled in the magical woods of Midcoast, Maine, this cabin is the perfect getaway. Located just 25 minutes from the coast, it's the perfect spot for exploring all that the midcoast has to offer. 20 minutes to Camden and Rockland, 25 minutes to Belfast. (No hunting allowed). Surround yourself by the forest, stargaze all night, and rejuvenate in nature.

Beachfront Guest Cottage - Year-round Hot Tub!

Our cozy guest cottage has easy beachfront/kayak/canoe access, and is located very close (within walking distance at low tide) to the public boat launch for larger boats. Great location to explore Deer Isle, Acadia (approx 1hr), Castine (45m), and the Bangor (1hr) area. Brave children and adults even swim from the beach but comfortable swimming ponds/lakes are 10m in several directions. The hot-tub is open year-round! Additional guests can be considered prior to booking.

Seaside House/Upstairs

Enjoy everything coastal Maine has to offer with this as your home base. The views are outstanding and the house is well appointed and well maintained. This house encompasses the second and third floors, with great ocean views. The first floor is a separate apartment. The property has a large back yard to relax or play in and a dedicated BBQ. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy.

Timeless Tides Cottage

This comfortable 2 bedroom, one bathroom, A-frame pine cottage is set on its own private point with 350 feet of waterfront! Cook out on the grill, lounge on the deck or dock while taking in the wildlife on a beautiful tidal river. Watch nesting Bald Eagles and Great Blue Herons fishing! There is plenty of sight-seeing in this picturesque area. Rockland is just 10-minutes away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries, lighthouses and festivals.

Birch Hill Cabin w/Hot Tub

Birch Hill Cabin is set on the side of a hill, surrounded by almost 8 acres of woods. The cabin is 288 square feet, and the bathroom is detached and located approximately 20 feet from the cabin. A hot tub is conveniently located off the deck for ultimate relaxation! This cabin is tucked away, surrounded by nature! But also conveniently located to so many wonderful spots in the Midcoast! Come enjoy the peace and quiet, where you can rest and recharge!

SNOW SWEET, A Yurt for All Seasons

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

Coastal Vintage Living

This is a spacious 1000 sq. ft. apartment in my childhood home that has been renovated in Spring 2020 with a modern coastal theme and well appointed with vintage items. We have a well stocked kitchen, cozy dining/living room with a 43" Roku TV, and full laundry. Try a pastry from the professional baker across the road, take a walk down the street to Crockett's Beach, or go for a stroll in downtown Rockland. Remote check-in available.
