Welcome to our Sunsphere Studio, a space to recharge on a quiet street moments from the interstate. Our home is close to everything you could desire; coffee shops, eateries, breweries, boutiques and a park with a paved walking trail. Find your getaway in our BRAND NEW guest suite furnished with a king bed, organic cotton sheets, blackout shades, sound machine, kitchenette, oversized bathroom, and complimentary snacks (a must have). To all our FOOTBALL FANS - we're a quick 5 miles to the stadium!

Pet fee of $40 per pet. 670 sq ft. private studio + entrance. 2 queen beds + 1 full futon+ 3 foam floor mattresses (if requested) on 3 acres of fenced land and 2 miles from downtown/UT. Also near South Knoxville wilderness hiking and biking trails. 3 acres of land with a large paved fire patio and covered porch. This is a studio attached to my primary home. Located in South Knoxville ~6min from downtown/university ~4-8min to trails ~18min from airport ~40min to Sevierville & 55min to Smokies

1 BD Cozy Suite in Knoxville

This new master suite is large and has all the amenities that you will need. King-sized sleigh bed with new mattress. Comfortable loveseat dual recliner. Forty-three inch Smart TV articulates for viewing from recliner or bed. Refrigerator, Keurig machine with coffee, teas and hot chocolate. There is a Mr. Coffee, microwave oven, toaster, coffee cups. You just might find blueberry muffins or brownies in your suite. The 2nd bed is a rollaway w/ memory foam. It is smaller than a twin bed.
