Boasting a garden, terrace, restaurant and free WiFi, the property is situated in Ko Lipe, 500 metres from Pattaya Beach and 500 metres from Sanom Beach. Built in 2017, the property is within 700 metres of Sunset Beach. Staff on site can arrange a shuttle service. At the resort, rooms are fitted with a balcony with a garden view. The private bathroom is fitted with a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. A buffet, à la carte or continental breakfast can be enjoyed at the property.

Apartment perfectly located in the middle of the waling street. This 60m² duplex (for 4-5 people) is composed of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. All rooms have air conditioning and fans! I provide 15kW of electricity per day (sufficient). Any excess will be charged 20THB per additional kW. Please note as well there is a bar in front of the apartment so it can be noisy sometimes!
