Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

In the shared garden, outdoor furniture invites picnics, lounging, or a dip in the pool, while the basement offers a selection of wines to enjoy. The kitchen and the wine cellar are located in the basement area and are not heated.
