Historic and updated home from the 1800's

This historic home built in the late 1800's was one of the finest homes built in the Sevier Valley. Over the years it has been lovingly maintained, and recently renovated and upgraded. Today, it still has original hardwood floors, detailed wood work, and inset windows highlighting its 18 inch thick walls. All furniture is updated, each mattress is a new memory foam mattress that will cradle you to sleep. Secure high speed internet and smart flat screen TVs allow for remote work or entertainment.

Horse Farm Haven

Horse Farm Haven is a studio apartment with a beautiful view of the Monroe and Cove mountains as it overlooks J Family Equine's horse facilities and the beautiful Monrovian countryside. There is an enclosed back porch where you can sit and listen to the farm animals and enjoy the peaceful feel of the country. There are also local hot springs less than 10 minutes down the road! Guests with dogs will need to abide by my rules for dogs. Message the host for details before booking. No cats allowed.

Canyon Wren Haven: A Romantic Retreat for Couples

A couples’ retreat, the Canyon Wren Cottage is sculpted into bedrock amongst pinion pines and old growth mountain mahogany brush. A picturesque erosion sculpted sandstone monolith rises four stories at the edge of the yard, just beyond the cottage. The approach to the cottage from Teasdale Road, is down a short lane crossing through woodland fringed meadow with a wetland on one side and alfalfa cultivation on the other. The backdrop is beautiful rock form, including a large balanced rock.

The 1898 Rock House

Home Base Resort #2

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an open loft with three twin beds. ( the loft has a lower ceiling 5'9 great for kids) Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Pets are welcome for a additional 20$ fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet

Little Red Barn W/Sauna Access

This unique comfy space is located on our 10-acre boutique farm/nursery in a beautiful landscape and Dark Night Skies. It is a cozy camp in any season with 1 queen and 2 twin beds in the loft and accessed by a ladder. Includes supplemental heat/AC, fire pit, picnic table and a shared shower and restroom/space. Hot Springs, hiking, biking, horseback riding, ATV trails, State and National Parks are nearby. Pets are welcome when included in your reservation.

Modern studio living with a queen bed, full Kitchen and large bathroom. Featuring all new amenities with the comforts of home. This studio is the perfect home base camp for all of your outdoor adventures. Whether it be visiting the National Parks, fishing, hiking, or ATV riding. Choose to watch TV or use the free WIFI to surf the internet. There are a few cafe's in town one being right across the road from the apartment building.

Historic Pioneer Cabin

This is an 1800s original ranch house that has been modified to include modern amenities. This property has two beds and one bath. The kitchen features apartment-sized appliances and is stocked with basic items. This unit includes a washer and dryer, mainly because we know people come to our area to explore and get dirty. The Cabin is centrally located to ATV and hiking trails, Monroe Paragliding, Hot Springs, Hunting, and fishing.

Elsie’s Farmhouse in Elsinore

Great home to accommodate a few adults or families/family. Nestled in the small town of Elsinore. Short distance from interstate access. Located close to world renowned ATV trails, world famous paragliding from Monroe Mountain, Mystic Hot Springs, Monroe Mountain, river rafting Sevier River, Fremont Indian State Park, Sevier County Bike Path and along the route to Bryce Canyon.
