Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

Bedroom has a king size bed, the living room has a queen size Murphy wall bed and a full size sofa bed. *Pets/smoking NOT allowed. Must be 25 years old to check-in* Laundry room in condominium. Balcony has a table and 2 chairs to enjoy amazing views. $150 refundable deposit required by the resort at check in.

No more than 2 total Guests in the Condo unless pre approved for a max of 4. The resort has many amenities to enjoy, such as four heated pools, a pool bar, an outdoor restaurant, beautiful walkways and more!

Brand new home in Isla Conchilla within Islas Del Mar, a new gated community just north of Puerto Penasco - just 10 minutes north of the Malecon. The community is home to 170 acres of lagoons and a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. With five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms containing luxury linens and appointments, the home is designed for large groups. New in 2024: pool heating. We can turn the pool heater on for you for an additional nightly fee.
