Bathroom 5" tub, custom tile shower. Granite counters, airfry gas range, Kurig k & grnd. Fire rings, gas grills. X Large HOT TUB is SHARED, with two other units. Hiking out the back door. Bars and restaurants are walkable. Hill is steep. Dog fee, Small dogs only, top 1/2 of house only. New baby goat too!
