If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is it! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located just 6 miles from 280, 30 miles from Auburn and 17 miles from Alexander City. Nearby attractions include hiking at Smith Mountain located 1/2 a mile away, and Dare Power Park which is located a mile away, & public boat ramp. Smith Mountain offers a 270 degree breathtaking view of Lake Martin. Dare Power Park includes a boat ramp, playground, walking trails, picnic areas, and a beach area.

A 170’ steel and concrete pedestrian bridge takes you from the main property to the private island. The island features its own pier, floating dock, stairs for water access, boathouse with refrigerator. The entire property was completely renovated in Spring of 2023. Everything from the appliances to the light switches are new in this home, top to bottom, ceiling to floor.

Cozy cottage with public boat dock & ramps nearby (boat & kayak rentals as well). Main bedroom has a queen & attached full bathroom. Bunk room sleeps 4 w/ connecting bathroom to main area. Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including a double oven! The entire front of the cabin is sliding doors and transom window so that you can soak up all the beauty of Lake Martin. The outdoor living includes a very large deck with a sectional sofa and a large table that seats 10 as well as a cozy side screen porch. Kayaks provided for you to enjoy!
