This bright, newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath house is spotlessly clean and well appointed. The open kitchen, dining and living area is perfect for hanging out inside. But with a screened in deck, additional patio, large grassy yard and Wet Beaver Creek just out the back door, you may find yourselves outside all day. NO PETS!

Welcome to your own oasis at Sandstone Sanctuary's Getaway. Despite being close to all sorts of amenities (grocery stores, restaurants, etc) this home offers plenty of privacy, warmth and solitude. Teacup Trailhead is a 5 min stroll away and after hitting the trails or taking in breathtaking views of Sedona, come back and relax in your hot tub, lounge in one of the hammocks or enjoy a quiet fire under the beautiful stars. Lake Montezuma is located in the very center of Arizona, in the Verde Valley. In a short drive of less than an hour you can be in Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott or Jerome. This lovely Southwest style apartment has a private ,fenced, backyard for grilling or relaxing over a cup of coffee in the morning, . Although it is a duplex, the back yard is very private and nothing like apartment or motel lodging. Please note that there are no pets and no smoking allowed.
