Vaulted ceilings soar above a huge bedroom/living area, including a spacious kitchenette and full-sized bathroom. But it’s the balcony you’ll love most. Overlooking the corner of Esplanade and Chartres, it’s the perfect place to people-watch while enjoying the pot pourri of sounds that drift over from the nearby markets, jazz clubs, and bustling Mississippi waterfront.

The Carriage House on Main

Look no further! This quaint BnB is the perfect destination for your stay in the charming town of Madisonville, LA. Located just 45 minutes away from New Orleans and one block off of the beautiful Tchefuncte riverfront, you can walk to nearby restaurants and coffee shops, retail stores, boating, festivals and more. This guest suite is located on the back side of our main house, but guests will enjoy complete privacy equipped with their own separate entrance. Come relax at "Blue Dog BnB" :)

Private Balcony Suite by Convention Center

The Balcony Suite is an intimate space with a private bathroom. It was recently Restored/Renovated with new furnishings and fixtures. Monday-Friday 8-5 we're not a quiet corner but on any night it’s relaxing, providing a restful night. Our neighbor, Race & Religious, hosts weddings with live music but never past 11PM. If you need to go to bed early, we might not be a good fit. Uniquely located, close to the Garden District, Arts/Museum District, French 1/4 and the Conventional Center

We are close to all the fun & excitement of New Orleans. We are a licensed B&B located in the Marigny neighborhood. Just 2 blocks to the entertainment on Frenchmen St. and 3 blocks from the French Quarter. Your room has a queen bed & private bathroom. Self-serve continental breakfast & wireless internet access included. Enjoy our relaxing back yard. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Our sophisticated shotgun style home is conveniently located near the French Quarter & only one block to Frenchmen St/Esplanade Ave; highly walkable, fun, active area! Unwind in the courtyard and let the distant sounds of Jazz bands have you saying "Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler!". Free first come first serve street parking and metered/paid parking in the area. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee you will find free parking due to the activity of the French Quarter.

Cook a great meal in our spacious kitchen or relax in the shaded backyard with a cocktail before heading out to the French Quarter.

1 BD Suite B or 2 BD Garden District

High ceilings with intricate plaster detail are featured in an antebellum mansion home built in 1851 which sits right in front of the streetcar/trolley stop. A great experience to be right there on "the Avenue" under the 250 year old oak trees. You can take our self guided walking tour through the Garden District and see one home after another built in 1800's, with names of architect (if known), year built and who lived there.

Orleans Grand Suite / Penelope's B&B /French Qtrs

The Orleans Grand Suite offers our guests elegant loft accommodations just Blocks from the French Qtrs. Your suite is equipped with a King Bed and Private en-suite bath. There is a separate sitting area with a convertible trundle bed for your convenience. This beautifully decorated gem has vaulted ceiling with skylights and quiet serine private balcony overlooking the property. A 55" SMART TV and WIF is available.
