Welcome to the Grafton Chateau, a gorgeous secluded and private country retreat for all of your family and friends. With six bedrooms and a den, four baths, two fireplaces, a sauna and a large private pond beautifully situated on 67 acres of woodlands, the Grafton Chateau is the perfect comfortable home base for ski trips, hiking, antiquing, or just enjoying the scenery while you sit around the fire pit. The garage has outdoor recreation gear, like snowshoes and sleds. The den has a variety of toys, and games for kids and adults. The whole house, sauna house, barn and all 67 acres are all yours! We are always available by phone, text, or email if you have any questions. Grafton is just about the most charming Vermont town you can find and is convenient to four ski mountains and every other outdoor activity you can imagine.

Less than an hour from Manchester, Concord & Keene, this new home offers relaxation & year-round adventure. This lakefront property has a dock, with kayaks & paddleboards. You could also walk down the paved road to the neighborhood beach & swim platform. About 30 minutes to Pats Peak, Sunapee, or Crotched Mtn ski resorts. Beds for 6, 2 full baths, W/D, fully equipped kitchen, open living space, gas fireplace, water views, gas grill, parking, firepit, internet. We do not allow pets or smoking.

With a shared dock on Lake Sunapee just a 5 minute walk away, this home offers a perfect spot for kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, or fishing. Play tennis or pickle ball at the shared court. You can eat out or in, the choice is yours!

Close to local attractions and outdoor activities, it’s the perfect escape for both adventure and relaxation! Skiing at local NH/VT slopes or cross country right outside our door

It is also close to Mills Falls in Meredith, close to skiing, casual and fine dining, art shops, wineries, theatre, art and antique shops, just minutes to 2 - 4 hour hikes with great views of White Mountains and Lake Winnepesaukee, a beautiful Association Beach, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the high ceilings, its cleanliness, and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Walk-out basement holds a large bar and kitchenette, two additional bedrooms and full bath. Enjoy life on the River!

If you’re looking for serenity, peace and quiet, you have found it, nestled in the little town of Acworth, NH. You will find plenty of year round activities including swimming, canoeing, paddle boating and fishing on the beautiful, clear Crescent Lake. Enjoy all waterfront activities, only a few steps away from your front door. There are plenty of rafts, a paddle boat,kayaks and canoe on site for your use or bring your own boat to the public boat launch right on the lake and park on our dock

Cozy home near the lake is a peaceful place to relax or adventure in the lakes region.The house is located right next to the Glendale Yacht Club and 0.3 miles or a 6 min walk (based on Google) to the Breeze Restaurant and water access at the Glendale Public Docks (no swim area). The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen, a grill, relatively fast internet and a 55" TV (no cable)

Waterfront location nestled in the heart of Laconia. Located on a river connected to Lake Opechee.. Less than 5 minute walk the lake, beaches and downtown. A beautiful 7 mile walking trail “wow trail” right near the property. 2 water facing decks, 1 front porch, 2 grills, fire pit under the pergola, Sundeck on the river, and 2 kayaks are provided with the home. Close to lake Winni, Weirs beach, Bank of NH Pavilion, Gunstock ski and many more local attractions all 10 minutes away
