Kirkland is a beautiful town that sits on the shores of Lake Washington. It is a 15 minute drive to downtown Seattle. Come stay and relax in this quiet cozy little MIL apartment located above my detached garage. In addition to the full bathroom in your unit, there is a full bathroom with full size washer and dryer for your use, if needed, in the garage below. If you are looking for a allergy free place to stay, this is it. Clean, hardwood floors, dust free, alternative down pillows, 600 count Egyptian cotton linens. Sorry! NO PETS or SMOKERS.

Outside there are deck chairs and more by the water along with a meditation maze made from beach stones. The lighthouse is a short beach walk away. Completely separate and private guest suite walking distance to downtown Winslow (1/2 block), the ferry (.6 miles), the harbor and the 8.5 acre Moritani Preserve (1 block) away Easy access via a code. I am always available for questions.. I live in the main house in the front but you will have complete privacy. It's a very safe area and people are warm and friendly. Check out the farmers' market on Saturdays at Bainbridge Performing Arts. You have space to park one car in the carport.
