Nestled in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies, our home is centrally located to all that the Denver area has to offer. We are a quick 15 minute drive to Downtown, and to Red Rocks Ampetheater. It is also an hour jaunt to some popular ski areas, including Loveland Ski Resort and Winter Park. This suite includes an upgraded bathroom with a spa-like shower. Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

Private, spacious, modern, can't beat the location! 1/2 block to Sloan's Lake Park, 2 blocks to "SloHi" (brewery, coffee shop , bagels, sports bar), 10-15 minute walk to Edgewater, Highlands Square, or Berkely / Tennyson St Cultural District. 7 min drive to downtown. Quiet & safe neighborhood. We are a family with young children, you will hear us upstairs during our morning & evening routines. Guests are welcomed to use back yard patio & amenities. Smoking is permitted outside including 420.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

Lakewood Guesthouse

4.0 Miles to downtown Denver. A small studio house with a full kitchen and small bathroom. Walking distance to the lightrail station, and Sloan's Lake. While the house is nothing fancy, it is comfortable, close to downtown and a close drive to the mountains. The neighborhood is not particularly walk friendly to restaurants and bars, but a very quick Uber to the city. A couple of my favorite places close by are Westfax Brewing and US Thai. 4/20 friendly outside house.

Lakewood Solar Home Retreat

Beautiful, sustainable, all solar home with lots of windows and a view of the mountains in a safe farm-y neighborhood served by Uber, 10 min. from Red Rocks Amphitheater, the charming town of Morrison, Dinosaur Ridge, Bear Creek Lake, hiking/biking and the Rocky Mountains, just 20 min. from downtown Denver, the Broncos, Rockies, etc. Your suite is the lower level of our home with a private entrance & patio . No smoking—cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana. No Pets or animals.

Mid century Studio

Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry

Denver, Red Rocks, Green Mnt., Golden Suite

Stay in the perfect location in the middle of it all - 15 minutes to Red Rocks, or downtown Denver; 1.5 hours to Breckenridge or Rocky Mountain National Park! Our guest suite (the bottom level of our home) provides you with a beautiful spot to relax and rest before taking on your next adventure. We live on the upper level and ask that guests respect quiet hours from from 10 pm - 7 am. Guests should anticipate hearing us upstairs during the daytime. All are welcome here.
