Spacious basement master suite (semi-separate entrance through back patio/garage) located just south of Belmar shopping center, art district, restaurants, microbreweries and theater. Easy Uber/Lyft access to downtown Denver (8 mi) and Red Rocks (10 mi). Walking distance to Kountze Lake or Green Gables park. Ski resorts within an hour. Due to the young family upstairs, this should not be considered a loud party place or one where you expect silence during the day. Quiet hours after 8 PM.

Renovated lower level one bedroom unit, with a separate coded side entrance and off street parking. It has a full kitchen aside from a stove but does have a microwave, toaster oven, hotplate and exterior gas grill. I am close to Crown Hill open space, Sloans Lake (Edgewater market + many restaurants), Morse Park, Golden, Red Rocks, Belmar outdoor shopping and 15 minutes to downtown Denver. Lightrail is nearby (with parking) and a multitude of hiking trails. 1 hour to Loveland Ski area.

Creekside Paradise

6 blocks from OLDE TOWN ARVADA. Walk to restaurants, bars, theater, shopping, public transport, frisbee golf course, arts and culture. You’ll love Creekside Paradise with its gardens, outdoor patio space and ambiance. The English basement is yours to enjoy. The windows open providing sunshine. It has a bedroom and sitting room; a cozy, quiet zone with a separate entrance. 20 minutes to downtown Denver, Red Rocks amphitheater or the mountains. Great for couples or solo adventurers.

Lakewood Guesthouse

4.0 Miles to downtown Denver. A small studio house with a full kitchen and small bathroom. Walking distance to the lightrail station, and Sloan's Lake. While the house is nothing fancy, it is comfortable, close to downtown and a close drive to the mountains. The neighborhood is not particularly walk friendly to restaurants and bars, but a very quick Uber to the city. A couple of my favorite places close by are Westfax Brewing and US Thai. 4/20 friendly outside house.

Denver, Red Rocks, Green Mnt., Golden Suite

Stay in the perfect location in the middle of it all - 15 minutes to Red Rocks, or downtown Denver; 1.5 hours to Breckenridge or Rocky Mountain National Park! Our guest suite (the bottom level of our home) provides you with a beautiful spot to relax and rest before taking on your next adventure. We live on the upper level and ask that guests respect quiet hours from from 10 pm - 7 am. Guests should anticipate hearing us upstairs during the daytime. All are welcome here.

Nice and clean guest apartment with sectional sofa sleeper has a memory foam mattress, queen bed, 50" ultra smart TV with Netflix and free Wi-Fi, coffeemaker. Completely separate entrance through dedicated front door and completely separate living space. Full furnished kitchen and full bathroom. Good location on quiet dead-end street. Close to Downtown Denver, Edgewater, Sloan's Lake, The Highlands, shopping, food,  restaurants, Red Rocks, Rocky Mountains.

New listing! This newly renovated ground-level unit is spacious, and has everything you need. 11 min to Red Rocks, right off I-70 for a trip to the mountains, fun decor, and a home away from home!
