This rustic, solar cabin has it's own private hiking trail(100m, steep hill) and private parking area. The trail winds it's way up to your private view overlooking Golden Lake. You will feel tucked away in this cozy spot surrounded by mixed oak forest, sitting atop Canadian Shield rock formations. Tucked away in the rugged Land O’ Lakes region of Eastern Ontario, the waterfront Salmon River Wilderness Camp is a private, 300-acre wilderness, bordering on the pristine Salmon River as well as Cade Lake. Rejuvenate with a swim, go paddling in a canoe at your doorstep, and hike in the rolling landscape of forests, granite and clean water. Centrally located between Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal, we're also near Puzzle Lake Provincial Park and the Lennox & Addington Dark Sky Viewing Area.

This cozy cottage is located directly on the waterfront on the Ottawa river in front of Mohr island. It's perfect for a couple or small family retreat away from the city. You can relax by the water on the deck in the hot tub, take an adventure in one of the kayak’s or enjoy a campfire while watching the stars with the supplied firewood. A canoe and two kayaks with 4 lifejackets are available for guests and are included with your rental. Unfortunatly our place is not dog friendly.

Two day booking minimum, although special requests may be accepted & discounts given for weekly and monthly rentals.

2 Bedroom Vintage Suite (mid-term available)

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is in the Mechanic Block and dates back to 1874. The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.

Welcome to our modern countryside cabin located on a 2 acre lot in Wakefield, Quebec. Come relax and recharge for a few days while taking advantage of nature and the cozy interior with fireplace.
