Beautiful river front home w/ private sandy beach & new private boat dock & park like setting. The beach is incredible! There are two levels of patios to relax under, featuring a brand new patio, or relax on the 2nd level & enjoy the best sandy beach in Bullhead! The front side of the home is gorgeous, the house sits on two enormous lots. Has round about driveway capable of parking RV's, boats, and all the toys you can bring. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Make amazing memories at our unique and family-friendly home! Our riverfront home offers stunning views from either deck. Enjoy looking at the views or partake in the river activities from your own private dock. The location is the best around being just inside the no wake zone but also only 4 houses down from the main part of the river! Less than 10 minutes drive to the Laughlin casinos as well as the Avi resort casino! Restaurants, shopping, ball parks and more are just a few streets away!

There are two dogs on the property and the room is used by family members and friends with allergies between guests. * Long term snowbird reservations beginning October.
