Beautiful home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. 8 min. from 401 & St Lawrence River, at Ingleside, pet friendly, secluded studio guesthouse, tranquil, safe location for those seeking a road break or destination traveler's seeking the St Lawrence and its environs. Sit by a fire, listen to wind and birds or watch the sky. $50 cleaning fee per pet through extra fee request if necessary before arrival. There is no reliable internet but good cell coverage available; the smart tv can tether to your own device and streaming service provider.

Riverside Cottage

Our fully equipped seasonal cottage is on the Salmon river 15 minutes north of Malone and close to the Canadian border. We can provide info on visiting Montreal as well as the Wilder Homestead, fishing and hiking trails. We have an appetizer or home made soup waiting for guests on their arrival. We have bees and are pleased to show how we are nurturing our hive. Our gardens are beautiful and guests are welcome on both properties. As Super Hosts we do our best to make your stay memorable🌻
