Cosy Rose Terrace is the bottom floor of a house with separate entrance, lounge, bedroom, bathroom and Kitchette with microwave, air fryer , toaster and kettle, located in the charming characterful village. There are plenty of good pubs to eat within walking distance. The accommodation has separate access and a front garden with garden furniture. Ilkley Spa town is only 5 minute drive away, with amazing walks on the famous Ilkley moor. Dogs welcome, and there is parking outside the property.

Glamping & Barbecue Cabin at Moorside Farmhouse

Our Glamping & Barbecue Cabin is an alternative type of accommodation for people who enjoy camping and the great outdoors, but appreciate the warmth and luxury of a solid roof. It is a very private timber cabin with a barbecue/fire pit as its centre. The seats convert easily from a comfortable cooking, eating and lounging area into three single beds. The cooker/burner will keep you warm all night. You will have 24hr exclusive access to the toilet and shower room about 10 metres from the cabin.

The Shetland at Delph Shire

Delph Shire is located within the picturesque village of Delph, set within in the rolling hills of Saddleworth. It provides a very private and exclusive space for up to six guests. With spectacular views over the countryside, but within easy reach of a fabulous selection of restaurants, pubs and local walks. There is 6 seater hot tub with its own space. This can be reserved privately from 4pm to late evening for £45 per day. Please contact us directly to check availability prior to booking.

Berry Bottoms Cabin a hidden gem

Berry Bottoms Cabin is a hidden gem nestling into a sloping hillside overlooking a wildlife pond This self-contained cabin, easily sleeps 2 but can accommodate up to 4 with a sofa bed. This is all about outside living with a semi-outdoor kitchen area and ample outdoor seating areas for BBQs or just relaxing and listening to the birds. It is approached on foot down a sloping track ( it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues). Peace and Tranquility, yet close to local amenities!

The Happy House

For both contractors and families. This house was five years in the making plus one year for the back garden. Its a bit quirky and all designed with no plan from my overactive mind! I finished the house then got bored so decided to have a go at the garden! for all the guests there is an additional outside toilet for your convenience when your relaxing in the garden. TV and an XBox One in each bedroom. Triple glazed for quiet comfort. Luxury panda bedding on all beds!

A superb 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 4800 sq ft home, with 9 metre indoor heated pool & Jacuzzi, cinema room with 100 inch screen and Atmos surround sound, pool table, darts & table tennis.
