My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.

Near Fort Polk on Vernon Lake Our cozy getaway sleeps up to 6 adults and is tucked away in a private area with direct lake access. It’s like being home with an artistic flare. L’Artiste ( French for The Artist) is decorated with original paintings, design by the owners. Each room in the house is uniquely embellished with hand crafted accents. The house has been tastefully renovated to welcome guests for a few nights, a week or a longer stay. The house is located close to the Leesville Art Park, 5 minutes from Byrd Regional Hospital, and a short drive to Fort Johnson.
