It has a kitchen with Neff combi oven, induction hob, small fridge freezer, breakfast bar and Franke belfast sink. Upstairs to bespoke double bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom and downstairs sitting room have french windows. Fast internet via cat6 cable to router make remote working easy

Double studio with A/C and free parking

Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

Whether you want to stargaze, ramble, or relax, this is the ideal quiet venue with stunning sunsets and views over rolling countryside, horses, sheep and alpacas. Adults only. 2 guests max. Sorry, No pets.

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

Brandybuck cottage is a cosy two bedroomed, self catering cottage. There is an additional third bedroom located in the grounds of the cottage in the outhouse. There is also private parking for 2 cars on the driveway, a large terrace & secret garden to enjoy.
