Your Silver Lake adventure begins in this stylish 1-bedroom studio apartment that sleeps 4. Steps from the water’s edge you’ll enjoy a huge outdoor living space with a firepit and your own dock. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create a gourmet meal. Don't want to cook, no problem! Explore all that Perry and the surrounding areas have to offer. Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

This ADA Compliant/ Handicap Accessible Lakefront Cottage contains a kitchenette, bedroom with queen bed, private bathroom with shower, heating/cooling + a futon with full mattress. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the water and watch the the sunrise over Silver Lake. Located on the west side of Silver Lake, minutes from Letchworth State Park and the village of Perry NY. The cottage is best suited for two Adults and one small child.

Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on the property, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Please note: a local occupancy tax of 4% is already included in the price you pay.
