Location is one step away from the Baltic sea (10 minutes), surrounded by pine trees. Here is sense of privacy, peace&harmony, the touch of nature is especially noticeable here. The harmony is connected with a year-round holiday house, cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, modern bathroom, extra comfy bed, an A/C /heater for your well-being, a loft floor for very special occasions and grill&chill area. Weekend House Laimes Stari/ Black House

Black House is a detached cottage available for for max 4 guests (incl. infant), total area 24m2. It has 1 remote bedroom, 1 open bedroom, small kitchen area, WC & Shower, terrace, a built-in sauna area. We offer boat and paddle board rent, and you can also apply for individual tour guide. The outside area has a fireplace and space for tents in case you would like to spend a night in one-million star hotel. Walk to the beach ~2km long through forest road. Pet friendly place.

Located in the best neighborhood in Liepaja - safe, quiet. Very close to the BEACH, shopping centers, restaurant "Olive", pizzerias, pedestrian and a bicycles path. The 1-room freshly renovated apartment (35 m2) are located on the 3rd floor. BALCONY with a greenest view on park trees and sound of the birds and sea. Free parking by the house. 25 minutes walking distance from the Liepaja centre. Tram stop is very near. You are only short ride away from city centre.

Bicycles available for FREE to our guests 2 bedrooms (large double bed which can be easily split in 2 single beds). Other room equipped with a large and very comfortable triple sofa-bed whic can be made into 3 single beds or double. The beach is 100m from the house. Next to the house there is a cycling and pedestrian route which runs trough all Liepaja trough sand dunes and a seaside park. Close to a shopping center, South Forts and Liepaja "narrow" tram.
