Just remodeled for a more spacious 400 Square feet , with two gravity recliners and a comfy queen bed and private bathroom and light eating area. We are located on a full half acre. We live in the main house and the studio is in the front of our house, not on ocean side, a View of the ocean can be seen from the kitchen window , there’s a private courtyard that takes you to the ocean. Please do not bring any cooking devices as this is not allowed, A 110 plug is there for EV chargers.

Beautiful home located in a very relaxing and secluded residential area. Very Private setting with one bedroom which has a queen bed with sofa sleeper and its own private full bath. Living room area has a kitchenette at the lower level (no induction stove) and a lovely lounge area. stairs to access the lower level. This new home is nestled in the woods and you can hear the waves crashing. The home is 8 min walking distance to the Pacific ocean beach and Lost Creek State park.
