Stunning Historic Villa, Private Pool & 280° Views

Plunge into the private refreshing pool and marvel at the panoramic views across the bay. This villa reflects old-world Mexican sophistication featuring exposed wooden beams, hand-painted tiles, and colonial antiques alongside contemporary amenities. Our villa sits high on a mountain ridge with panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas, Puerto Vallarta to the north and Los Arcos to the south. The location and collection of villas is widely acknowledged as being some of the best PV has to offer due to the unparalleled location and the gorgeous architectural details of our enclave of villas. This is authentic coastal Mexico -- all the modern luxuries in a stunning setting. It is our paradise and home away from home, and we take great pride in sharing it with our guests! The villa is yours! From front to back and top to bottom! I am always available by email. We also have a property manager in PV, a housekeeper, gardener/pool boy, and regular maintenance services. As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

You will have the most lovely sunsets, wonderful views from every point at the house and the best: you’ll enjoy so much our little private beach which has a nice palapa to spend the day, do yoga or meditation or just sit down and watch the ocean waves close to you. We have a nice game room with pool and soccer table and darts to play. You will be immerse into the Mexican jungle area but with all the comfortable services. Daily cleaning service included.

If you like nature Casa Miraflores is the right place for you. The house is located 5 min from town in a quiet area. You will find Colibries, chachalacas and lots of beautiful butterflies. Enjoy the open concept and outdoor lounge area with pool. Have your breakfast on the terrace before you head to the beach. The house has a king size bed with mosquito net in the first bedroom and queen size bed with mosquito net in the loft under the palapa. Bathroom with walk in shower.

Casa mango is close to the town plaza, in a nice neighborhood with quiet nights. It is perfect for 3 couples, business travelers, families, and furry friends. Each master suite is separated from others for privacy. Single residence with its own private yard and pool. Large salt water heated pool. Jungle views. From the house it's a 5 mn walk to the plaza and another 2 to 3 to the main beach. Golfcart comes with the house. Wifi is Telmex fiber optics wifi.

The studio bungalow with two private terraces and a bathroom has Wi-Fi, kitchen and cleaning service (Monday to Saturday). All requests to bring pets will be automatically denied.
