It offers direct access (3 min. walk) to the cafés, the bars, restaurants, super markets, the low cost municipal parking and the local bus station where you can catch a bus which leads to the train station and to Paralia Beach (in aprox. 15 minutes). The apartment is on the ground floor, is fully renovated (in 2023) and equipped. Suitable for leisure and/or business trips.
