Mullica River Cottage's Bluebird Cottage is located in the heart of the NJ Pine Barrens in the quaint village of Sweetwater. This quaint and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

*There is a 4-night minimum rental requirement from the end of June to Labor Day* Enjoy all that this charming house has to offer with the lagoon right in your backyard.
