Welcome to Littleton! Our beautiful neighborhood is friendly and quiet with easy access to amenities and highways. Enjoy the comforts of home without missing any of the excitement of Denver and the Rocky Mountains. We recently renovated our guest suite and hope that you love it as much as we do. The suite is essentially an apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, dining, laundry, & spacious living space. It's perfect for families, groups, or couples to enjoy a Rocky Mountain getaway.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

No smoking on property and No 420. Our modern carriage house is centered in a vibrant historic Denver neighborhood. The interior is bright and airy with vaulted ceilings and huge windows. The house features a kitchen, living area and separate bedroom. There are many award winning nearby restaurants and breweries (even a couple distilleries) all in walking distance. The light rail station is a convenient 10 minute walk, the bus station is around the corner. Uber is available in minutes.

Located just minutes away from the DTC area, shopping, dining, and walking trails, the studio is also within walking distance of the light rail and easy access to the highway. It's the perfect place to rest your head after a hard day of work or travel. Our studio has a queen-sized bed, a fridge, a microwave, and complimentary coffee. Full bath and TV with cables. Access to a pool (the pool is opened between Memorial Day to Labor Day). Free Parking.
