A detached house in it's own grounds with no shared amenities. It is located in a small hamlet close to Chinon in the Val de la Loire. Shops, chateaux and beautiful villages are a short drive away. In the house there is a small sitting room, kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms, one with an en suite toilet and basin. Bathroom has a toilet, shower, bath and basin. Undercover area set for eating alfresco and relaxing where you will also find a ground floor toilet and shower. Parking. Large garden.

Tout près du fameux chemin du halage de la Mayenne, entre Coudray et Daon. Nombreuses randonnées pédestres, cyclables et équestre à proximité. Châteaux de la Loire à une heure de route.
